T90 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the t90 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of the services provided. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the t90 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
Minimum Eligibility
Use of the t90 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities. t90 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the t90 support team immediately. Do not share your password with anyone, including parties claiming to be t90 staff.
Payments & Transactions Policy in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the t90 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users can make deposits via supported local digital payment methods, including e-wallets and online banking. The full list of available payment methods can be found in your account settings once logged in.
Deposit & Withdrawal Process
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method. t90 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the required account verification process. t90 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes or to comply with applicable legal requirements. Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the payment system will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed or refunded except under circumstances specified by t90's policies. All decisions regarding refunds are final.

Platform Liability Limits
T90 is not liable for any losses, service disruptions or data damage arising from technical factors beyond our control, such as network outages, cyberattacks or third-party system failures.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and t90 makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. Users acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.

Account Suspension & Closure
T90 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of legal authorities. Balances in suspended accounts will be held pending the outcome of any investigation. Account closure decisions made by t90 are final, subject to the appeals procedure in place.
Intellectual Property
All content on the t90 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of t90 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t90.

The t90 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. t90 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms

Governing Law
